Must see: Ariella Arida does the chicken dare
Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2013 Ariella Arida did what none of her fellow beauty queens ever dared do: move her slim arms up and down and say, “Tiktilaok!” not once but twice.
In a video uploaded on YouTube, the 24-year-old beauty from Laguna shed her queenly bearing and literally acted like a chicken across the room, as instructed in the dare portion of the Miss Universe 2013’s Truth and Dare challenge.
Ariellla did what was asked of her without skipping a beat, and showed how determined she is in bringing home the crown which she promised to get for the country, days before she left for Moscow where she will compete in the Miss Universe pageant on November 9.

Early on, Ariella got a small piece of paper from a fish bowl beside her and answered the question, “What do you miss most about being a kid?”
Again, she maintained her poise and answered, “I miss being fearless, young and carefree. When I was a kid, I don’t have to carry problems in my life. I just have to look for food when I’m hungry, or ask for playmates when I’m bored.”
The video, uploaded on YouTube on October 30, got 198,259 views as of posting time. Each of the candidates underwent the Truth and Dare challenge as part of their pre-pageant activities.
