The perfect guy for Jinri Park

Hey, guys! Do you want to impress radio DJ and cover girl Jinri Park? Well, be ready to plan a date to North Korea.

“I always wanted to go to North Korea,” the South Korean immigrant told Yahoo! Philippines OMG! at the #MomolReady Party by Gillete Fusion Proglide with FHM models.

The RX 93.1 DJ said she’s been hearing beautiful things about the communist country.

“I heard North Korea has really nice mountains, and the views, lakes. They don't have a lot of buildings so I would definitely wanna go visit.”

However, Jinri was in complete shock when she learned that NoKor leader Kim Jong-un reportedly ordered his ‘ex-lover’ Hyon Song-wol and 11 others executed by firing squad last August 17 for allegedly violating domestic laws on pornography.

“I can't say anything about Kim Jong-un. But of course killing someone just because they did [porn]... It's not appropriate to kill someone. So I would say that's unreasonable.”

“I'm just hoping that one day we will unite. I know it would be really, really hard. It involves money, time but that's all I can say about North Korea.”

‘Filipinizing’ Jinri

Her 16-year stay in the Philippines has made Jinri more Pinay than Korean.

“My physical appearance is pure Korean obviously, but all my friends are Filipinos. My child-adult life created here. So I would say, [I'm] almost 60% [Filipino],” she said, recalling her early years in Cebu where she grew up.

Her family has moved to the Philippines  even before the country saw an influx of Koreans over the past decade -- something Jinri has not adjusted very well to, until now.

“First, I wasn't comfortable with it [the rising Korean tourists]. Usually they're (South Koreans) associated with negative stuff, but hopefully with the K-pop and Korean drama, we've made a good influence. I'm fine with Koreans [frequenting the Philippines], but I hope Koreans would like Filipinos just as Filipinos like Koreans.”

She’s single!

“Internet Action Star” Ramon Bautista publicly admitted  he has a crush on Jinri. Does he stand a chance?

“If he asks me [on a date], I'm open to it. He's smart and he's not mayabang. To a point when he jokes about it, yes. But it's not like he's real mayabang. I like my guy smart and not mayabang.”

Here’s Jinri’s list of qualifications for her perfect guy:

1.    I’m hoping he's Asian. Nothing against Westerners, but I just like Asians more, I prefer them more.
2.    I like guys who are more clingy. [It’s] something that most girls don't want but I like it when the guy would always text me and ask me where I am. It shows he really cares about me. And also very expressive.
3.    I would want a guy who has a lot of guy friends rather than female friends. Because that shows his personality that he can get along and he's not about just hitting on girls.
4.    I would want the guy to be musically-inclined, because that shows that he is emotional and sensitive.

Her non-negotiables:

1.    Showing off is a major turn-off. The moment, "Do you know this person? I'm his cousin.' I don't care. ‘I own this place or this bar.’ I think showing off, being mayabang is major turn-off. I could tell if the guy is mayabang in less than a minute. After that, after first date, wala na.
2.    Guys who are not sensitive. They don't care about emotions.
3.    Those who are trying to be too manly. I like it when guys have a touch of feminine side.
