Sunshine admits leaving conjugal home
Sunshine Cruz isn’t ready to patch things up with husband Cesar Montano again, even if he expressed his wish to save their marriage following reports of his infidelity.

Asked if she has left the conjugal home, Sunshine’s short but meaningful reply at the PMPC Star Awards for Movies on Sunday, March 10, was “Yes.”
Is she closing her doors on another reconciliation with Cesar?
“I just want to be happy right now and do whatever I want to do na makakabuti para sa akin,” Sunshine answered.
The singer-actress stressed that she gave the marriage her all.
“For now, I just have to move on and be happy,” she added.
Her Twitter name change
Netizens have also noted that Sunshine changed her Twitter name from Shine Montano to Sunshine Cruz.
A note in the Shine Montano account reads: “Temporarily leaving this account, hopefully I’d be able to use this ‘surname’ again but if everything goes worse, I may leave it for good.”
Sunshine refused to comment on Cesar and starlet Krista Miller’s denial of their alleged affair.
Despite her marital woes, Sunshine admits she still loves Cesar. However, she would rather focus on her children and career.
First love
“First love ko iyan eh. Yung love hindi naman mawawala iyan. Unang naging boyfriend ko po iyan eh. Pero sa totoo lang talaga, ang importante sa akin ngayon mahalin muna yung children ko at magtrabaho na lang muna, tutal ang daming dumadating na work.”
Sunshine said she draws strength from God and her children. She may have given up her career for her family, but the comebacking actress has no regrets.
“Hindi ko naman pinagsisihan iyon kasi alam ko na ginawa ko lahat for the relationship and I know that I gave my best, iyon ang importante talaga.”

It will be recalled that Sunshine confronted Krista on Twitter and Instagram after the latter posted photos of the gifts Cesar allegedly gave her.
Social media power
Cesar, on the other hand, reportedly blamed social media for highlighting their marital woes. But Sunshine disagrees.
“Ang dami-daming tao at artista na nag-Twitter at Instagram, sisihin niya lahat.”
Part of her moving on involves focusing on her career. Sunshine is part of Ejay Falcon’s Kapamilya drama “Dugong Buhay.”
“Parang naninibago ako, very supportive naman sa akin ang lahat. Siyempre, nami-miss ko rin talaga (ang showbiz). Dito naman ako nanggaling kaya iyon din ang binabalikan ko ngayon,” she said.
