Janine’s ex-boyfriend Jaypee defends her on Twitter
Jaypee Santos, Miss Universe 2012 first runner-up Janine Tugonon’s ex-boyfriend, came to her defense against those who criticize her, following her revelation about their breakup and her attraction to The Script main vocalist Danny O’ Donoghue.
“Nothing's going on between Janine and Danny. We're just having a rough time. The reason is Not because of other guy. 'Wag po natin husgahan agad,” Jaypee tweeted on Wednesday, April 17.
Jaypee’s statement was a reaction to Janine’s earlier tweet that said, “Stop jumping into conclusions.. Nothing's going on!”
It will be recalled that Janine admitted on “KrisTV” that she and Jaypee argued over Twitter messages she and Danny sent each other.
"Kasi sabi niya (Jaypee) kung ayaw mo talaga sa taong iyan hindi mo siya kokontakin," Janine said on “Kris TV.”

The argument, she added, made her break up with Jaypee. This earned her a lot of backlash.

He added that Janine needs time to think for herself - not to think about another guy.
“She was confused during those times. But no actions have been made beyond that attraction and whatever happened stopped days ago,” Jaypee tweeted.

He hopes people will still support the beauty queen despite the flak she is getting. Jaypee and Janine are in speaking terms and are “tying to fix” the issue. He asks everyone to pray that they resolve their problem.
