Claudine Barretto, who is now in the thick of a legal battle with estranged husband Raymart Santiago, said she feels bullied by the actor’s camp, including his brother Randy Santiago.

“Ako rin nagugulat sa mga pahayag nila dahil mga lalaki sila, babae ako. Ang pakiramdam ko pinagtutulungan nila ako. They’re bullies. Ang dami nilang sinasabi,” Claudine said in an interview on “The Buzz” on Sunday, August 25.

Disappointed Randy

Randy said in interviews that he is disappointed over Claudine’s allegations. He also defended Raymart, who he said is not capable of hurting people.

Claudine’s reaction is “Ang dami nilang sinasabi. Unang-una, hindi sila nakatira sa bahay ko. Pangalawa, may mga alam sila. Pangatlo, huwag silang maghugas kamay."

Claudine wants Randy to “stop bullying” her. The mother of two said she is ready to face all the allegations and dares Raymart’s camp to do the same.

“Kay Kuya Randy, stop bullying me. Kung ano man ang pinapanakot niyo sa akin, sabihin niyo sa akin, tungkol sa akin, go ahead. I dare you. Dahil wala naman akong hindi aaminin doon. Pero aminin niyo rin kung ano yung mga pinaggagawa ninyo.”

According to “The Buzz” report, the Santiago family is still discussing the statement they will release on the issue.

Claudine’s lawyer Ferdinand Topacio said Claudine is determined to fight for herself and her children’s rights.

“Hanggang sa maprotektahan ko ang mga anak ko. Hanggang sa mawala ang mga takot nila. Hanggang sa makita ko na safe ang environment nila.”

Santiago children traumatized

Raymart was able to see his children in court when his petition for writ of habeas corpus was granted. The children were reportedly traumatized at the recent turn of events.

“We are trying our best to insulate the children from any psychological fall-out from the case. We only wish that Raymart would share our concern,” Topacio told Yahoo! Philippines OMG! in an e-mail interview on Monday, August 26.

Now that a gag order has been issued to both parties, Topacio refused to give further updates on the legal proceedings.

“There are concrete plans to file other cases to seek redress for grievances committed against my client and for certain misconduct during trial. An annulment case, however, is yet to be discussed,”  Topacio said.
