Christian Bautista now a certified Kapuso
Christian Bautista is now a certified Kapuso. His manager, Carlo Orosa told Yahoo! Philippines OMG! on Wednesday, March 20 that the balladeer signed a three-year exclusive contract with GMA.
“Christian will be part of network projects that will further his local and international career. We would like to thank GMA for warmly welcoming Christian to their roster, and we pray for years of fruitful partnership,” Orosa said in his text message.
On behalf of Christian, Orosa also expressed his gratitude to ABS-CBN “for being Christian’s home for the past 10 years.”
Present in the contract signing were GMA Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Felipe L. Gozon, GMA President and Chief Operating Officer Gilberto R. Duavit, OIC for Entertainment Lilybeth G. Rasonable, and Christian’s manager Carlo Orosa.
The singer-actor is set to appear on Party Pilipinas. “It’s wonderful! Bagong taon, bagong makakatrabaho at bagong bahay. I feel very welcomed and very honoured na nandito na ako ngayon. With all the projects I’m doing, it’s gonna be fun!” Christian said in a press statement. With reports from Karen Valeza
