Super Junior releases ‘A-CHA’

Hallyu superstars Super Junior, who recently scored their latest major hit with the electronic dance-hall stomper "Mr. Simple," has released "A-CHA," the single and carrier of their third repackaged album with the songs of "Mr. Simple" with four hot new tracks that underscore the incredible hit-making power of the now nine-member idol group with Heechul off to serve his military service.

Fans will recall that the boys had also released a second repackage of their album "Mr. Simple" along with an additional song "Superman" last August. "A-Cha" is the third repackage version of Super Junior's successful album. I do not know if this is fair but to fans since I can already feel the wallets of ELFs everywhere feeling the pinch. Still, the additional songs and new set of stylish photography may just make purchasing "A-CHA" worth it. Is it just me or did Shindong look so much hotter in "A-CHA"?

Clearly Leeteuk, Donghae, Yesung, Shindong, Kyuhyun, Eunhyuk, Siwon, Sungmin, and Ryeowook are not men to rest on their laurels. After the successful run of "Mr. Simple," which scored a grand sweep of all music show chart countdowns and digital music websites, they have returned with another high-energy track in "A-CHA."

"A-CHA" brings out the best of all the boys: Yesung, Kyuhyun and Ryeowook get their chance to belt out the power notes; Donghae, Sungmin, Siwon, and Leeteuk get their well-deserved vocal spotlights, and even Shindong and Eunhyuk get rapping, dancing, and even singing (!) opportunities. It's a brilliant mix of what all boys have to offer.

The boys have already performed "A-CHA" on "Music Bank," and they made quite an impression with their comeback stage, as every Super Junior member shone brightly in support of the new release, which also includes "Oops!," a track featuring SM Entertainment label mates f(x), "Andante," a ballad co-written by Leeteuk with Super Junior-M member Henry Lau, and "A Day."

Meanwhile, "Mr. Simple" is set for release in the Philippines on October 1 through the efforts of Universal Records. With much fanfare, including the release of all ten album cover options, Filipino ELFs get to purchase their own copy of the album! So, which album cover do you think will sell the most?
