Stacy Keibler has landed a top television job.
The 32-year-old former wrestler, and George Clooney’s girlfriend, is set to host reality show Supermarket Superstars which sees contestants pitch food product inventions to industry experts.
The show will follow each competitor as they further develop their products before presenting the final concept to a top supermarket buyer.
“The winner of each episode will be rewarded with an investment in their product… and one individual’s dream will be realised when their product receives a nationwide launch and is introduced to millions of customers in a major grocery chain,” the statement said.
Stacy has been spending the summer in Lake Como, Italy with her Oscar winning beau but she is said to be eager to continue to carve out a career in her own right.
“They’re having the best summer of their lives,” a source told Us Weekly of the couple’s lengthy vacation.
“George and Stacy are quite the social butterflies in Como. They go to his friends’ homes for dinner… and know all the locals working at the restaurants and shops. Her Italian is quite good now!”
Stacy was also a contestant on Dancing With The Stars as was another of George’s former flames, Elisabetta Canalis.
