Sarah values closeness with Gerald
Even if Gerald Anderson has admitted on “The Buzz” weeks ago that he is courting her, Sarah Geronimo refuses comment beyond saying that she values their friendship.
“Masaya po ako kung ano ang meron kami, iyong friendship namin. At totoo iyon na mas naging mas close po kami. Talagang iniingatan ko po yung closeness na meron kami ngayon, yung friendship namin,” Sarah said in between smiles and laughter during an interview at Ashrald Ultimate Fans' Day sponsored by Jollibee on Sunday, March 25 at 55 Events Place in Quezon City.
Gerald and Sarah showed their closeness by casually teasing each other. Gerald answered most of the questions while Sarah gave a shy smile and laughed at some of them.
Does Gerald make her happy?
“Opo naman. Napapasaya po talaga ako ni Gerald," Sarah answered.
She didn’t explain how Gerald does that, but he answered for her.
No turning back
“Baka kasi kung paano niya ako nakilala ng mas malalim pa. Kumbaga, habang tumatagal, mas malalim po 'yong naging friendship namin. Kung friendship lang po ang makukuha ko sa kanya, panalo pa rin ako. No turning back, really.”
Sarah and Gerald dispelled speculations that their friendship is a put-on to promote their past two movies. They even have more time for each other these days.
Sarah shows how much she values Gerald.
“Vina-value ko po talaga iyong nabuong friendship sa amin kahit tapos na po ang pelikula namin. Ako, sabi ko naman po sa kanya, kung saan siya magiging happy talaga, nandito lang ako para sa kanya.”
