Phil Younghusband: We must all move on
Phil Younghusband has a short message to those asking for his reactions on ex-girlfriend Angel Locsin’s admission that she still loves former boyfriend Luis Manzano.
"To all those involved, can I kindly request we put an end to this issue. We appreciate all your support, but if we are to be happy, we must all move on. As supporters of Angel & I, lets all move past this & look forward. Thanks!," Phil posted on the photosharing site Instagram.
He accompanied this post with a photo of a peace sign.
Banking on faith
Angel, for her part, shared that her faith is helping her start anew.
"Mas alam ng Diyos kung anong magandang plano. Baka yung gusto mong mangyari ay hindi naman pala makakabuti para sa iyo," she said at the presscon of her new ABS-CBN teleserye “Legal Wife.”
The Kapamilya actress feels confident she can deal with the challenges she’s facing.
"Hayaan ko na lang na Diyos ang magplano ng buhay ko at harapin kung ano ang ibibigay niya sa akin. Dahil hindi naman niya ako bibigyan ng hindi ko kakayanin."
He still loves her
Meanwhile, Phil admitted in a recent interview in "Bandila" that he still loves Angel. But he can only wish her well at this point.
"When you love someone, you can't get over them that easy. She's still in my heart.”
