After completing his final filming scene for SBS TV drama 'Faith' on October 30th at the filming site in Yeongjong Island, actor Lee Min Ho has expresses his thanks to viewers who love watching the drama and his character Choi Young.
Lee Min Ho expressed, "I met with such a charismatic role in Choi Young thanks to 'Faith'. Many thanks to all the viewers and fans who love watching 'Faith' and the character Choi Young. I would also like to thank all the production staff who have been together with us for the past 6 months. All of us have been left weary during filming, but neither the staff nor cast members have grumbled about this at all. Everyone came together as one to complete the filming, and this makes me feel that it was mission accomplished. As an actor, viewers and 'Faith are very precious people and things to me. So I have always worked hard until the end and have no regrets whatsoever."
Lee Min Ho concluded, "I finally can leave this heavy burden of 6 months behind me. I would like to be like Choi Young now in real life, eating a good hearty meal and sleep for 3 days 2 nights. I want to give a round applause to all the staff members who have given their all for the drama until the end."
According to those around Lee Min Ho, he had been carrying a bout of heavy flu since filming begun, and had sustained numerous big/small injuries from the various fighting scenes. But he had been keeping silent about this as he did not want to impact the tight filming schedules.
On the day that filming ended, Lee Min Ho had hi-fives with each staff member, and also hugged and shook the hands of over 100 staff to express his thanks for their hard work.
Through 'Faith', Lee Min Ho was able to let viewers see a complicated yet unique character at work on television. Moreover, he also won praise from viewers from his excellent acting in emotional scenes and making the character of Choi Young look larger than life.
