Kim Kardashian is allegedly trying to emulate Britain's Duchess of Cambridge's nursery.
The reality TV star and her rapper boyfriend Kanye West recently announced they are expecting a baby together.
Sources have revealed that Kim is a big fan of the royal family and is desperate to mirror pregnant Duchess Catherine's nesting style, which includes ordering furniture from the same luxury baby boutique Catherine is rumoured to have shopped at.
"As soon as Kim heard that Kate had bought a £5,000 crib and a pram she went ahead and ordered one the same," a source told British magazine Grazia.
"She loves Kate and considers her own family 'American Royalty'. The fact that they're due around the same time got her even more excited."
While Kim is looking to Catherine for baby inspiration, Kanye is said to be seeking out his fellow superstar rapper and new dad Jay-Z for advice.
"Kim and Kanye are looking to spend around £100,000 on a nursery," a source revealed.
"Kanye wants it to be really cool with 3D mirages on the walls and a lunar star show on the ceiling. He's also got his eye on a pram with an inbuilt sound system and the 14 carat white gold diamond-encrusted pacifier that Jay-Z and Beyoncé's daughter has."
