John happy Janice is back at ABS-CBN

John Estrada and Janice de Belen are now both “Kapamilya” stars with Janice making her comeback in ABS-CBN with the new primetime series ‘Budoy,’ starring Gerald Anderson.  John welcomed his former wife back to the ABS-CBN fold and invited her to guest in his noontime show, “Happy Yippee Yehey”.

“Of course, welcome na welcome siya. Please pass by at ‘Happy Yippee Yehey’ to promote ’Budoy.’ Daan ka dito sa amin,” John said in an interview with “Showbiz News Ngayon” (SNN) on Tuesday, June 21.

Janice said in an interview with “The Buzz” last June 19 that she is both excited and nervous to work again in ABS-CBN. Janice has also dismissed notions that working again in the same station where his former husband is also a talent would be an issue. “No. It's a work area and everything is work,’ Janice said when asked if it will be awkward to be in the same TV station with John.

John is excited and happy that Janice will be working again in ABS-CBN, after so many years of being in another station. “Kung hindi ako nagkakamali, dito nagsimula si Janice. Matagal siyang naging Kapamilya and I welcome her with open arms. I think she made the right choice,” John said.

Janice also said in the interview with “The Buzz” that she would say hello to John if they cross paths. “Wala naman kaming problema. She’s the mother of my kids and I thank her for that. You know, she’s a good mom,” John said.

On the other hand, John said that the pregnancy of his wife, Priscilla Meirelles, is not yet confirmed. “Wala pa, pero plano niya next week (ang pregnancy test). Kasi yung OB-GYNE niya out of the country yata. Sabi ko sa kanya just buy the pregnancy kit, sabi niya she’ll just wait for the doctor,” John said.

However, John notices some pregnancy signs from her wife. “Parati niyang gusto masuka. Very sensitive siya ngayon kahit nanonood lang kami ng TV show or movie sa bahay, bigla siyang umiiyak kaagad. It’s not her norm eh,” John said. And if the couple will be blessed with a baby, John wishes for a boy. “Sabi ko sa asawa ko talaga sana boy. Kasi ‘yong anak ko na lalaki, he wants to be a brother to a boy daw. Tatlo na ang babae ko eh. But if it’s a girl, okay lang,” John said.
