John Arcilla on being in ‘Bourne Legacy’: It was surreal

Among the Filipino actors  in “Bourne Legacy,” John Arcilla and Lou Veloso were the ones who got the most screen time.  For Arcilla, who was at the Asian premiere at the Newport Performing Arts Theater at Resorts World last August 5, it was a  different experience.

“Parang syang absurd, eh,” he told members of  media. “Parang, ibang klase. Ibang klase, iba yung feeling.”

Arcilla, who played the short role of a pharmaceutical company guard,  couldn’t help but talk about the famed motorcycle chase sequence, which he described as  as “superb.”

“Yung motorcycle chase na yun, parang natabunan niya yung buong pelikula. Ibang klase, eh,” he admits, laughing a little.

As for the scenes that featured gritty Manila, Arcilla shared that at first he was worried about how foreigners are going to perceive the country with those scenes.
