Wolverine is back - and he's ripped and ready for battle!
The first image of Hugh Jackman from the upcoming film "The Wolverine" has been released and the Australian actor - playing X-men mutant favorite Logan - is looking beyond good.

According to Coming Soon, "'The Wolverine' finds Logan, the eternal warrior and outsider, in Japan. There, samurai steel will clash with adamantium claw as Logan confronts a mysterious figure from his past in an epic battle that will leave him forever changed."
After a slew production snafus - director Darren Aronofsky left the production in 2011 and was replaced by James Mangold of "Walk the Line" fame - the movie is slated to hit theaters on July 26, 2013.

In addition to Hugh, the film also stars Will Yun Lee, Khodchenkova, Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi, Tao Okamoto, Rila Fukushima and Brian Tee.
