Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista finds the holiday season this year ''different'' from previous ones, what with blessings such as a Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry and a new TV series with her mother studio coming into her already perfect life.
For her, having a blooming new love life with current beau Senator Chiz Escudero on top of these is merely a very welcome ''bonus.''
''I'm already so content with my life, and I had a bonus pa. So masaya...'' Heart told Bulletin Entertainment and other members of the press during the press conference for her MMFF film ''Sosy Problems'' held on Dec. 22.
Heart, who's apparently been seeing the senator for seven months now, said that their relationship is ''very good.''
''I think it's working for us na hindi kami masyado... I mean, hindi namin tinatago, mas pribado lang kumbaga [kaysa] sa past ko. But I think that's working for us,'' said she. Later on, she would describe their relationship as ''very serious.''
Meanwhile, assessing her personal growth in 2012, Heart believes that she's been able to develop ''a certain character that's independent, stronger, and appreciative of everybody around me [and] everything that I have.''
''When you're like that, you reach a point that maliliit na bagay makes you happy and then when something grand comes your way, parang, meron pa pala.
''So I think that's the only thing that makes it different this Christmas. I'm just so content with my life and I have so much bonus pa from different areas of my life. So I'm incandescently happy now,'' she revealed.
