Here's a little tidbit to make new moms struggling to lose the baby weight feel a little better. Not every celebrity mom bounces back to her pre-baby shape with ease. Rebecca Romijn admits she struggled to lose the 60-plus pounds she put on with twin daughters. "Losing the weight was probably the hardest thing I've ever done in my life," reveals the actress in the March issue of Fitness magazine.

"Everything I did before I got pregnant - like Pilates, which I had done for 14 years - didn't work anymore. I had to find a completely different way to challenge my body," admits Rebecca, 39, who by the looks of her ultra fit body on the cover Fitness, found her way. The secret? Bikram yoga. Rebecca says the hot yoga regimen gave her the desired results immediately. "My knees and legs are stronger than ever now; my arms have definition for the first time in my life; and my posture is much, much better."

Rebecca now does Bikram three days a week and gets the remainder of her cardio running after her now 3-year-old girls every day. Just like the rest of us moms, she also admits to mother's guilt when she leaves to work out. Yet, she adds, "As a mom, it's very important to take care of yourself physically and mentally. You're no good to anyone unless you do. There are days when I rush out to a yoga class just as I'm starting to feel like I might be losing my mind."
