With Sun Ye of the Wonder Girls tying the knot later this month with her Korean-Canadian boyfriend, the Girls' Generation members extended their congratulations to her in their interview, with Taeyeon expressing that she was very envious of her.
Last November, Sun Ye expressed through her management agency, JYP Entertainment, that she would be getting married to her Korean-Canadian boyfriend with whom she had been seeing for the past 2 years, on January 26th of this year. As no active idol group member had gotten married before in the Korean music industry, the case of Sun Ye who was the leader of the Wonder Girls became a hotly discussed topic and came under much scrutiny by the public.
