Gerald mum on courtship issue about Sarah
Gerald Anderson took a step back and chose to avoid questions about him and Sarah Geronimo.
In recent blind items, the actor was allegedly discouraged from courting Sarah Geronimo. But Sarah's mother, Mommy Divine denied it.
"Today is a day of celebration. There's always another time for that. Nakakahiya naman sa Star Magic, this is our day to enjoy," Gerald told the media at the Star Magic Games 2012 on Sunday, July 29, when he received the MVP (Most Valuable Player) and the 3-point King awards.
Gerald openly talked about his projects instead.
"Kakalabas lang ng Men's Health (magazine) ko. Yung "El Brujo" with Bangs Garcia, may ilang araw pa kami. So, just to have time with my family naman. Sobrang naging busy rin ako. Kailangan ko rin magbigay ng oras para sa dad ko, sa family ko (Gerald and his brother Ken will meet their father in Egypt)."
Trying times
Gerald added that he appreciates how his family has always been supportive of him, especially in the trying times.
"Lahat naman tayo dumadaan sa pagsubok sa buhay. At the end of the day, our family is the most important. Sobra silang suportado sa lahat ng ginagawa ko. Palagi silang nandiyan."
He shared that they plan to focus on their spiritual grown by visiting the Holy Land.
"Magkalapit lang eh, just to be holy, siyempre gusto mo makita kung saan naglakad si Papa God. Siyempre lahat naman tayo kailangan (ng spiritual growth). Hindi naman araw-araw masaya tayo. Kailangan natin si Papa God at buong pamilya natin."
