Gary Says He Wants Song Ji Hyo at the SBS Entertainment Awards

After being selected the Romance Heir, LeeSsang’s Gary professed (?) his love for his program co-star, Song Ji Hyo.

On December 30, the 2013 SBS Entertainment Awards took place, spotlighting the year’s brightest and hardworking stars.

During the award ceremony, a segment titled ‘Entertainment Heirs’ selected several stars who took over certain aspects of entertainment. Gary was chosen as the ‘Romance Heir’ for his onscreen romantic relationship with Song Ji Hyo on Running Man.

When the MCs asked Gary to say something to Song Ji Hyo, Gary answered, “I want Song Ji Hyo!”
Song Ji Hyo shyly thanked him, making MC Shin Dong Yeob joke, “I bet someone in Running Man knows about their real relationship….”

Song Ji Hyo went onto win the Female Top Excellence Award, in which she promised to continue being on good terms with Gary, making the crowd cheer extra loudly.

The two did not win the Best Couple Award.
