Enchong believes in Maja and Kim’s friendship
Enchong Dee believes the friendship between his “Ina, Kapatid, Anak’ co-stars Kim Chiu and Maja Salvador can’t be destroyed because of Gerald Anderson.
Gerald, Kim’s ex-boyfriend is reportedly dating Maja and photos of them vacationing in a resort in Albay have spread online.
Not enough reason to fight
"I think it's not healthy na sabihin na mayroon silang friction dahil lang, because of (sa) isang tao. And I think hindi enough reason iyon para pag-awayan," he said.
Enchong added, “Yung pagkakaibigan nila na naipon, hindi naman iyon basta mawawala dahil lang doon."
Kim admitted at the presscon of the teleserye on Tuesday, January 8 that the situation has indeed affected her friendship with Maja. But on the set, Kim and Maja, professionals that they are, manage to do their scenes as if nothing unusual has come up between them.
In separate interviews, Kim revealed that Maja asked for her permission regarding Gerald. Maja, for her part, requested the press to just ask Gerald if the actor is pursuing her.
Advice to Maja
"Siguro marami pang pwedeng mangyayari after today. Siguro marami lang mga tanong na hindi pa kayang sagutin at the moment," Enchong predicted.
He believes Maja should ignore the bashers who have been criticizing her for being seen with Gerald.
"Siguro hindi naman iyon mawawala. They will never be gone, palagi silang nandiyan and they will always have their opinions. And for whatever it is, our lives are not their lives," Enchong said.
