Cesar Montano and Sunshine Cruz’s marital woes have not reached a point where the latter made her husband pack his things and go.
A reliable source denied reports that Sunshine kicked Cesar out of the conjugal home after she discovered starlet Krista Miller’s incriminating photos with her husband on Instagram.
“Nung pumutok ang balita (about Cesar and Krista), Cesar was in the middle of shooting for the Alfredo Lim biopic. He’d go home at 3 or 4 a.m. for three straight days because they were beating a deadline. The film will be shown on Feb. 27,” the source explained.

Thus, he was billeted at Manila Hotel, where some of the scenes were shot (the others were done in the Army and ]Navy Club in Manila). After the shooting, Cesar would go home to Commonwealth.
“Cesar is like that when he shoots a movie or tapes a TV show. He’d stay in a nearby place where it is most convenient for him,” the source explained.
“As for whether or not they’re still working on their marriage, I have really no idea about that, since everyone knows Cesar and Sunshine are at odds because of the Krista Miller issue,” the source further said.
Cesar has continued to keep mum about the issue.
Sunshine, meanwhile, thanked her supporters via Twitter.
“Nakakangiti dahil sa pagmamahal na inyong ibinibigay at ipinararamdam. Maraming maraming salamat po,” the caption of the photo she posted last Jan. 19 read.
