Brooklyn Decker says her workout regime is like that of an “athlete”.
The former Sports Illustrated model recently turned her hand to acting, starring alongside Rihanna in the summer blockbuster Battleship.
The physical nature of the action movie appealed to the 25-year-old’s preference for intense exercise.
“I’m a pretty physical person, I work out like an athlete,” Brooklyn explained to British magazine OK!
“We were in Hawaii shooting Battleship and we did this thing called Coco Head, in Honolulu. It’s basically 1.1 miles straight up stairs. And all the cast members did it.”
Brooklyn has been married to former tennis player Andy Roddick since 2009.
The pretty star feels her height can be intimidating for men.
“I am very tall, and I feel like it is actually quite scary to boys,” she revealed.
“I never get approached by people – I think they are scared because they think I will crush them or something.”
