Be free to move like Miley!
Whether you’re a cottony clean or a super clean & dry Whisper girl,you have the chance to watch the Miley Cyrus concert for free.
1. Take a photo of yourself with your best Miley Cyrus look and dance pose, highlighting your freedom to move. Be creative girls!
2. Send your photo to freetomovelikemiley@yahoo.com and include the following details:
a. Name
b. Birthday
c. Contact info with Mobile Number and Address- so we can inform you if you’ve won!
d. Your whisper of choice: Cottony Clean or Super Clean & Dry
e. Subject: Whisper (of choice) gives me the Freedom to move like Miley (Ex. Whisper Cottony Clean gives me the Freedom to move like Miley)
f. Uploaded image may be used as your profile picture (optional)
3. View your photo in the Whisper’s Free to Move like Miley Gallery (Please give at least 24 hours for your photo to appear in the gallery).
4. There will be a total of 60 tickets to be given away. 10 Gold A, 8 Gold B, 21 silver, 22 bronze Miley Cyrus tickets will be raffled off. There will be 30 (thirty) winners of 2 (two) tickets each. One (1) of the 30 ticket winners will also get a chance to meet and greet Miley. This will be done via a separate electronic raffle.
5. Manipulation or edited photos are not considered valid entries for this promo, and will be considered void.
6. Duplication of photos or similar images by the same individual are also considered invalid entries and shall be considered void.
7. Each valid photo is equal to 1 (one) raffle entry. All valid entries shall be included in the electronic raffle that will happen on June 15.
8. The contest is open to all female fans who are residents of the Philippines and who are at least 13 years of age, provided that participants who are between 13 to 18 years of age will only be allowed to join with full parental consent. Parental consent should be emailed together with the photo submission; and must be printed and signed for claiming of the prize. Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be considered invalid and void.
9. A participant may only win once.
10. The contest is from June 8 to June 14, 2011. Only entries from 12AM of June 8 to 11:59 PM of June 14, 2011 will be accepted in the promo. Draw and announcement of winners will be done on June 15.
11. To claim the prize, winners must present a photocopy of a valid ID + notification. Tickets will be claimed at the Ticket booth at the concert grounds, Mall of Asia. A P&G Philippines representative will be there to assist the winners. Tickets may be claimed from 4pm-6pm only. Unclaimed tickets after the cut-off time will be forfeited. Tickets are not convertible to cash.
12. Awarding of the grand prize is contingent upon the potential winner’s agreement to the terms and conditions required by P&G Philippines.
13. Employees of P&G Philippines, MediaCom and Yahoo! Philippines including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
14. All photos submitted will become property of P&G Philippines. However should any participant wish to remove an entry she may do so by sending a request to the page administrator.
15. In case of disputes, the decision of P&G Philippines, with concurrence of DTI Philippines, is deemed final.
16. P&G Philippines assumes the full right in keeping the Miley Cyrus-Whisper page clean and credible. Photos with artificial imageries, nudity, alcohol, drugs, and/or violence shall be immediately deleted and reported. Any offensive photos must be reported to P&G Philippines. Yahoo Philippines will take them down upon instructions of P&G Philippines.
Entries should not contain any of the following:
•Obscene, pornographic, or sexually-explicit content or information
•Content that is considered offensive to the users, such as those which encourage the commission of an illegal, immoral or threatening activity, promote harassment, racism, hatred or discrimination against any group or individual, or provide information which you know are false, misleading, or harmful to any group or individual
•Content which show strong support or opposition to any political or religious group or person.
•Content which are defamatory or libelous in character or those which violate the privacy of any group or individual
•Content which infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, or those which promote the infringement of any party’s intellectual property rights.
Grant of Rights
By joining the contest, each contestant hereby allows P&G Philippines to access information provided by such contestant in the entry form and to make available to its users the name and entries of such contestant. By joining the contest, each contestant grants P&G Philippines, its agencies, successors, licensees and assigns, the irrevocable right, but not the obligation, with or without your knowledge, to use the entries or any portion thereof in any and all media, whether known or hereafter devised, including without limitation, television and publishing, and in connection with the advertising, sale, promotion, marketing, merchandising, distribution, publicizing and all other types of exploitation of the contest or the website or any part thereof, or in
any manner whatsoever, which use shall not entitle each or all winners to receive any compensation whatsoever in addition to the prize awarded.
P&G Philippines reserves the right at any time to take down any entry which infringes upon these Terms and Conditions or which in its absolute discretion it finds inappropriate for any reason.
Winning entries secured through the voting process are final and not subject to disputes. All users will be duly acknowledged for their entries but P&G and its agencies will have the rights to all submitted entries in the contest. All users shall hold P&G free and harmless from any liability in case an entry is found to have infringed upon any a third party’s rights, including copyright, publication right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right.
