James Yap enjoys Europe with Italian gf
(UPDATE) Looks like James Yap is having a good time while touring Europe. Aside from flooding his Instagram account with breathtaking views of Western landmarks, the PBA cager’s last post on the photo-sharing site showed him and his Italian girlfriend enjoying the sight of a cliff wall in Italy.
James is currently on break from the hard court to enjoy his European trip with the girlfriend.
As reported by Philippine Star’s Ricky Lo, the still unidentified girl works for a big bank (not the daughter of a bank executive as earlier reported).
“Hindi siya maarte. She’s very simple. She’s supportive of James. She even goes with James when he has his car washed,” the Funfare source described the girl.
The San Mig Coffee superstar has been touring Italy for over two weeks now, possibly with his girlfriend as his tour guide no less. He has so far uploaded a photo of La Capannina, Conero, Colosseo and Basilica of Saint Francis Assisi in Italy. He was also pictured enjoying the sights of Venezia. The posting went on Thursday, this time of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
Back in the Philippines, the basketball player missed his chance to celebrate Father’s Day with his junior Bimby. Kris Aquino said she tried to reach James last Sunday to grant him a visit to their son on that special occasion, but to no avail.
Last May 21, Judge Liza Marie Pecardal-Tecson of Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 144 restored James Yap’s right to see Bimby after denying the permanent protection order sought by Kris Aquino against him in behalf of their son.
Still on Instagram, James, noticeably longing for his son, posted a light moment of him with Bimby three weeks ago—prompting his fans' hearts to melt in what could be a happy ending after estranged wife Kris Aquino filed a temporary protection order (TPO) that barred James from seeing his son.
