This isn’t a summary of all the gigs that happened in 2012 or my opinion of the best ones. These are the ones that I can personally say were memorable to me. No event is the same for everyone. We all take home a unique emotion every time we watch a gig and create our own set of memories of it. Below are twelve photos of the 12 gigs that I was able to go to in 2012. I would have added more, but a dozen great gigs is more than anyone could ask for to tell an interesting story.

Queso Reunion. This was one of the much awaited events of the year. Queso reunited in a sold out show in Amoranto Stadium with all the band's performance matching the crowd’s energy. Never before have I seen someone sustain a crowd surf for as long as Ian Tayao did as seen in the photo. The crowd didn't stop singing along throughout the concert, but they sang the loudest during the song 'Mottaka.' The crowd response was so intense, the demand to get the band to play again so extreme, Queso has agreed to perform again in 2013. (29 November 2012) less
